Hello NUC owners,
Now that we know that the newest BIOS version 0039 did not fix all instances of poor LAN performance when using the HDMI port closest to the LAN port, engineering is again asking to gather certain information about units that are still affected. They need the following information:
AA# or SA# of the unit:
Serial Number(s):
I have gone through all previous community posts and found all the instances where you have indicated these items and provided that to my engineering team. I'm asking any other customers who have not previously visited this community and given that information to please do so now. Please use the new NUC_Config document that I have attached.
